Production-warehouse-office company BISTA
The Investor the company BISTA, a leading manufacturer of the goods for the smokers, entrusted to us the function of the Deputy Investor for the above investment. Within the area where there were formerly economic buildings, a production-warehouse hall was established with administration-social and technical buildings as well as necessary infrastructure.
The production-warehouse hall inside was divided into production part, warehouse and warehouse of finished goods. Within the hall, there is also a room of production and set of sanitary devices.
The entire investment was designed so that there could be a possibility to extend it in the future.
Within the frames of the contract, we were responsible for developing the execution documentation with cost-estimates in architectonic, construction, ventilation and air-conditioning industry, we conducted tenders for particular stages of works. In addition, we conducted coordination of works and supervision in the scope of all industries and we were responsible for settlement in items and finances concerning the works conducted.
