Production-warehouse hall for the company Stolter
As the Deputy Investor we conducted the investment for the company Stolter – a leading, European manufacturer of hospital and rehabilitation beds, equipment of the procedure rooms and procedure rooms and the manufacturer of medical furniture.
The investment involved building the warehouse – production hall with the administration-social building and accompanying infrastructure. The building was realized near the old factory which definitely extended the production area of the company, increasing at the same time the production possibilities and work comfort. The area of the newly created hall was indicated for the activity of the plumbering, lacquering and assembly room. The realization of the investment entrusted lasted 9 months, covered the area of 38 935 m², whereas its value was of 20 mln PLN.
Within the frames of the agreement with the Direct Investor, we prepared tenders for particular stages of works, we selected with the Investor the most important offers, we assured the Building Management with a group of inspectors. In addition, we conducted coordination and supervision over the works conducted jointly with the settlement of the building.
The construction of STOLTER obtained the award GRAND-PRIX „Construction for medal in Pomorze and Kujawy regions”.
