Logistic Centre

The undertaking called „Reconstruction with extension and change of usage method of the warehouse and sport-recreational part for the needs of the logistic centre and facilities of technical infrastructure, roads and internal squares” covered in the I^st stage activities of deputy investment and supervision in the scope of the following works:

• demolition of three existing halls and a connection hall between the halls and office building,
• reconstruction of some rooms of the office building,
• building of three warehouse halls of steel structure with de smoking installation and a connection hall,  
• development of the area with new halls – min. Performance of 12 loading docks from the level – 1,3 m towards the floor level of the hall.

The works presented above were connected with a simultaneous connection of gas, sanitary sewage system and rain system; construction and assembly of transformer station as well as  reconstruction of low and medium voltage power engineering lines.
