The enterprise Invest-Plus specializes in preparing, conducting and coordinating works while realizing large building facilities. We conduct a complex investment service starting with obtaining WZIZT conditions, developing building project with arrangements and building permits, by means of executing investor and author supervision, to obtaining permit for usage. The scope of our services we adjust to individual needs of the investors.

On behalf of the Investor, we undertake to solve all formal-legal problems created as a result of preparing and conducting building investments. In the scope of services, provided by our company, is also holding the function of a deputy investor with full settlement of building costs. Except for the investment service, we also conduct the activity in the area of designing buildings and engineering houses as well as devices, installation networks and road. We perform engineering expertises in building. Upon the order of the Investor, we prepare and conduct tenders on his behalf and we organize the process of offering and supplies of materials and equipment.

A majority of the investments conducted by us includes commercial facilities of public utility and industrial ones.
